Job Description:
– Manage multi-technical building maintenance contract, comprising all specialities – from HVAC, electrical, electronic security, fire safety and protection etc.
– Provide customer support on corrective and preventative maintenance to all customers
– Being the liaison point for all sub-contractors, on material price requests, reporting to the client on status of repairs etc.
– Preparation of quotations for corrective work and works
– Management of work teams and coordination of small works
– Coordination and planning of technical teams

Professional Profile:
– Higher Education in Mechanical / Electrical or Civil Engineering.
– Minimum of 2 years professional experience in the position
– Strong technical knowledge in specialties and in maintenance management
– Analytical and operational profile
– Good computer skills at user level
